Day 1 – New Year’s Eve

It rained most of last evening, so I kept dry and worked in my workshop.  Not much happened and only noticed a couple of limos.  I did use the warm temps (almost 50 degrees) to take down three of the furthest yards (trying to beat the frozen ground due by the end of the weekend).  I was planning on taking down another one today, but everything is pretty wet (and I hate to put away figures that are wet).  I will probably wait until tomorrow and brave the low 30 degree temps.

For Friday & Saturday night I will leave my main display and my next door neighbors lighted, but hopefully everything else will be removed.  Sunday is the big take down day (at least the start of the main takedown…it will take at least 5 days total, depending on the weather, which is suppose to be in the 30’s for the whole week).
